Instructions to parents/Guardians
• The success of a school largely depends upon the fullest co- operation between the teachers and the parents. Hence, the parents / guardians are recommended to meet the teachers and the school authority as often as needed, to enquire about the attendance and conduct of their wards.
• Parents & Guardians are requested to co-operate with school authorities by enforcing discipline and regularity at home. In order that lessons may duly be revised, they are requested to insist on their wards to devote enough time every day for study at home. If parents do not insist on regular attendance and home study, the results in the examinations will not meet the expectations/ will not be satisfactory. Parents should ensure that their wards complete their daily homework.
• Parents/Guardians are recommended to meet the teachers without fail during the Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM) held after each assessment. Prior permission from the Principal is required if unable to attend. They are expected to scrutinise the assessment reports and take necessary measures to improve the shortcoming of their progress.
• Parents/Guardians or other persons are not allowed to visit the students or their teachers during school hours without the Principal's permission.
• Any form of criticism of a teacher or of the school in front of students should be strictly avoided. If done, the student loses respect for her teacher and fails to learn appropriate behaviour. If you have a genuine complaint or problem, please contact the Principal.
• The Management will not be responsible for your child once she is picked up by the parent/ guardian/ drivers from the school.
• Students are expected to be punctual and disciplined. With the co- operation of parents and guardians the school authorities will be able to shape the child into an honest, hardworking, service-minded and God-fearing citizen of India.
• Parents are requested to leave their ward at the gate. Accompanying their ward to the class room is strictly forbidden.
• Parents are expected to visit the school in formals.
